Meet Our Team

Jamie was with us when Eagle Mountain Children’s Dentistry opened in 2019, but has been working with Dr. Rooklidge and Dr. Bushell since she graduated from the Premier Dental Assisting School in 2014. She worked as a dental assistant for five years before moving up to be our office manager. She helps the practice run smoothly and makes sure the needs of the team and our patients are met. She is one of the first people patients see when walking in, and she makes sure to always have a smile on her face when she meets them. Jamie loves her job and everyone she works with and gets to meet!

Jamie has been married for more than 20 years, and she is a mom to three and a grandma to one. Outside of the office, she likes running, camping, traveling and cooking.

Carla is part of our front office and has been with us since September 2020. Her favorite part of her job is the people she gets to work with, and she always tries to go above and beyond with everything she does. She wants to make sure patients are happy and comfortable with bringing their children in.

Carla has been married for over 25 years and has three beautiful daughters and one cute grandson. She enjoys working out, reading and spending time with family.

Kari joined the practice when we opened back in 2019, but she has been working with Dr. Rooklidge since 2003 and has been a dental assistant for over 30 years! She originally graduated high school in 1987 and has been a trained dental assistant since 1989 and a certified X-ray technician since 1999. She loves her job and the people she works with; they are like a family and work really well together. She enjoys keeping things at the office clean and organized, and she always makes sure to talk to kids on their level and make sure they understand.

Kari has been married to her husband for over 20 years, and they have two wonderful children, a son and a daughter. In her free time, Kari likes to play the piano, read, run and ride bikes.

Heidi’s favorite part about being part of our practice is working with pediatric patients and seeing their bright, happy smiles. As a former preschool teacher of 15 years, she loves getting to work with past students and neighbors as well as friends of her own children. As a mother of four sons and a wife of 20 years, she understands the importance of creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for all of our patients and their families.

In addition to her passion for dentistry, Heidi enjoys a variety of hobbies such as mountain biking, cooking, and camping. Her warm and friendly personality, combined with her exceptional technical skills, make her an integral part of our team and contribute greatly to the overall success of our practice.

Meet Lilly, our Front Desk Receptionist and Dental Assistant at Eagle Mountain Children’s Dentistry, who joined our team in 2021. After completing her training from Assist to Succeed and graduating from Cedar Valley High School in the same year, Lilly brings youthful enthusiasm and a fresh perspective to our practice.

Apart from her educational background, Lilly’s organizational skills, willingness to learn, and her desire to help are what make her a valuable addition to our team. She takes pride in keeping the practice clean and tidy while ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care from the moment, they walk in.

In her personal life, Lilly is the oldest of five siblings and recently got married in May. She enjoys exploring the outdoors and going rock crawling with her family in Moab. She also has a passion for Pilates and listening to podcasts.

At Eagle Mountain Children’s Dentistry, Lilly is an integral part of our close-knit team that makes our patients feel like family. Erika’s favorite part of working at our practice is the teamwork and support among her colleagues. She loves learning from our dentist and has built strong relationships with both our patients and her co-workers. Erika’s contribution to the success of our practice goes beyond her skilled dental assisting abilities. She brings joy, laughter, and a touch of sarcasm that keeps our patients and staff feeling comfortable and entertained.

Outside of the office, Erika loves spending time with her family. She’s been married for 14 years and has four beautiful children. When she’s not busy with her family, Erika enjoys crocheting and exploring new crafting ideas.

We are grateful for Erika’s dedication to our practice and appreciate the positive impact she has on our patients and staff.

Summer’s favorite part of being part of our practice is interacting with the kids and helping to alleviate any pain or discomfort they might be experiencing due to dental issues. She is dedicated to making every patient feel comfortable and at ease during their visit.

In addition to her dedication to patient care, Summer contributes to the success of our practice by making sure every child feels welcomed and comfortable as soon as they enter our doors. Her upbeat demeanor and engaging personality help to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for all of our patients.

When she’s not assisting patients, Summer loves to spend time outdoors playing sports, including soccer, tennis, and volleyball. Recently married and the middle child of five sisters, Summer has a deep appreciation for family and values the relationships she has with her loved ones.
